Virat Kohli top-scored 31 runs, and Akshar Patel remained unbeaten on 29 runs. Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc alone took 5 wickets. Shane Abbott took 3 wickets and Nathan Ellis took 2 wickets.
Australia’s two openers were in a tough position from the start to respond. Travis Head and Michelle Marsh were batting as if they had to catch a flight somewhere and be there in time. That is why Australia reached the target of victory by picking up 11 runs per over in just 11 overs.
