Rishabh Pant is out of the field for a long time after being injured in a car accident. He is the captain of the Delhi Capitals in the IPL. During Warner’s first stint in Delhi (then called Delhi Daredevils), he captained a few matches. After spending 2009 to 2013 in Delhi, Sunrisers moved to Hyderabad. In 2015, Hyderabad became the champion by making him the captain.
In all, Warner has captained a total of 69 matches in the IPL. Won 35 matches. 32 matches had to be defeated. With this statistic, this Aussie star is fifth on the list of the most successful captains in the history of IPL. Let’s see if he can give Saurabh a trustworthy status by championing Delhi!
