Portugal’s star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo is currently playing in Al Nasr club in Saudi Arabia. Even at the end of his career, he continues to perform by joining the Saudi league. The 38-year-old player is yet to bid farewell to the national team.
Meanwhile, there was doubt as to whether Ronaldo would be seen in Portugal’s jersey. However, Portugal’s coach Roberto Martinez gave good news about Ronaldo’s playing in the national team.
Martinez took charge of Portugal after the World Cup in Qatar. So far he has not had to give any major test against Portugal. The big challenge in front of Martinez is the qualifiers for Euro 2024.
Even though Portugal has not announced the team for the qualifying match, Ronaldo is getting a chance in that team. In other words, Portugal is dreaming of 2024 Euros by keeping Ronaldo in the team.
